NBR Plumbing worked diligently to meet the needs of our business. We had a major water leak at the **************** and **** and his crew were able to come immediately to assess the issue. They found it in less than 30 minutes and was able to fix the issue for us to reopen for service the next day. I love that they took care of us in a timely manner. The price was very reasonable! They are an all around outstanding business and I would recommend them for everyone!

Nate has come out to help us with two different plumbing issues. He shows up on time and stays until the task is complete. We have had no further problems since Nate took care of them. I highly recommend him for your plumbing repairs.

I highly recommend Nate at NBR! He was very professional and reached out to me when I needed a plumber regarding frozen pipes. I was out of town and could not get to my cottage, the roads were covered in ice and snow! He was at the cottage within the hour and resolved the issue! He took videos to show everything was working!

Nate came and fixed my shower drain the day i called! And then came out the next day because I thought it had stopped up again and everything was all good. Didn’t even charge me for the second trip. Will definitely be using this guy again for future plumbing needs!

Nate Robinson worked on my house this morning. He installed new faucets for one sink, unclogged another sink and replaced a rusted pipe downstairs. He also fixed the screen door so it would slowly close, instead of slamming shut. He was professional, thorough and reasonable. I would definitely recommend him.

We woke up Tuesday of this week to NO water. After checking the breaker, the pressure switch and looking for leaks, we realized the well pump was the culprit. We looked online for well services, but they were all out of town & we were worried about the cost. We wanted to use someone local. A friend recommended a local plumber, who actually returned our call promptly but he had too much business this week to address our issue in a timely manner. He suggested calling Nate at NBR Plumbing and said they receive a lot of his "overflow" work. So I gave him a call and he answered the phone! He was currently on a job but told us he would could come out tomorrow. They were prompt and when they pulled the pump they realized we needed a new one as well as new wiring. They brought back the parts and we have running water tonight! Excellent service, insanely FAST and VERY reasonably priced! I would definitely recommend them and I plan to ask them to help me with more projects. So glad to find a great local plumber! As of today, he is "our guy!" :)

Highly pleased with their prompt response and ability to fix my hot water heater and clogged drain. They came with 6 inches of snow on the ground and were extremely professional.

We were extremely satisfied with the professional plumbing service that we received from NBR Plumbing today! Nate and his team were able to find our water leak quickly and fix it in a timely manner. This is not the first time that I have had to call on them! Both times we received exceptional service at a fair price. Thanks so much for a job well done! Millers Creek, NC

Nate with NBR Plumbing did an excellent job handling multiple issues across our plumbing systems on short notice. He was easy to talk to, explained everything clearly, and made the whole process straightforward. He quickly diagnosed the problems and got the work done efficiently. The quality of his work was solid, and he made sure everything was properly fixed and secured before leaving. On top of that, his pricing was very fair for the amount of work involved. Reliable, knowledgeable, and responsive—definitely someone I’d call again and recommend to others.

Please give them a call!!! Excellent service. Nate Robinson really cares about his customers. I highly recommend NBR Plumbing for any of your Plumbing needs.

Nate Robinson came to my house on several occasions to do plumbing work. He replaced my water heater the last time I needed his plumbing skills. He gave me a fair price and did neat work while disposing of the old water heater. 1 to 5 rating with 5 being the best, he definitely earned a 5. I highly recommend Nate for any plumbing problem. If you’re looking for a reliable local plumber, I highly recommend NBR Plumbing and Nate. When we first moved into our home, we unexpectedly ran into a water issue. I called Nate and he came out the same day, quickly diagnosed the problem, got the parts he needed, and came back the next morning to fix it. A couple months later while remodeling, I discovered another plumbing issue and wasn’t sure the best way to handle it. I called Nate around 8 PM, and he and his team were at the house shortly after lunch the next day. They were professional, responsive, and great to work with both times. It’s great having a local company you can trust to show up and take care of things when you need them. Really appreciate Nate and the NBR team and would definitely recommend them.
